"The Good: Clean and neat property. The Bad: The property had 3 gate codes to get in and I had to message 3 times to obtain. There were no coffee pods for the coffee maker and a few tea bags, but some had been opened. The dish washer was full… Finally, with a hefty service fee, I was asked to carry the trash to a dumpster on the other side of a fence. This all left a bad taste for the whole experience."

VRBO refunded our deposit but finding a hotel was challenging and we had to pay three times as much. VRBO said they will only refund us a portion of what we paid to find another place on the day we arrived to check into this property. Do not book here!"

"Location was good but that’s about it. The home was stocked with the very bare minimum. There were no bowls for yogurt in the mornings. No laundry detergent and the dryer was broken, it would not get hot. So our clothes stayed damp when we packed them. I notified the manager of the property and they acknowledged but did not come try to fix it. The home was not very clean. There were cob webs, dead bugs, and hair on the bedsheet. There is a trundle bed, but not extra pillows or blankets for it....

If I buy a house later, I would like to refer to the interior.There are many things to see and eat nearby, such as museums and aquariums. There is also a tram that runs late, so it was a great location for sightseeing.If I visit Dallas again, I will definitely stay at Jennifer's house."
