I think we might have been the first in so very new property which offers five suites in the one building The kitchen facilities include kettle, toaster and coffee machine so no opportunity to heat anything. The proximity to Ballycastle’s main street made it easy and fun to pop out to grab whatever your heart desires. "As mentioned in other reviews the house is lovely but it lacks any kind of instructions as how how to do thinks like turn the heating on outside it’s normal programmed hours or what to do with the rubbish which is an eyesore. To me those issues are down to the management company, someone should be acting on the reviews. It’s a bit far for a walk to the pub but the little seafront area is lovely. The chippy is good but don’t expect to get alcohol in the Spar shop !"

"I highly recommend Woodleigh Cottage to anyone one looking for a charming cottage while visiting the Antrim Coast of Northern Ireland. It's conveniently located with ~ a 30 minute drive to most local attractions, and a 6-minute drive to the lovely town of Ballycatsle. The host, Eleanor, was gracious, responsive, and accommodating. "We stayed with our Dog. Place is very clean, friendly staff, nice decor and very comfortable bed. Delicious food and cocktails in the restaurant/bar. Self service breakfast buffet was small, but you had everything you need, teas, coffees, bread, pastries, yoghurts, fruit salad, juices. And the best thing was the breakfast menu, where you could order anything from full breakfast, kids meals and my favourite avocado, smoked salmon, eggs, even pancakes. It was a very good breakfast meal. Very happy and would recommend. Great parking too. We drove to Giant’s Causeway from the hotel (about an hour) and to the beach nearby which was about 30 minutes drive. "
