"The property itself is absolutely charming! Staff is welcoming & hospitable. I wouldn’t get discouraged about the area itself. There’s night life and great views alongside restaurants and plenty to do. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are kept clean! A/C was great overall very satisfied. "

"This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!!

"We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed. We felt safe as well as it’s a gated property with security at the gate. The beach is right there too and that is gated as well to make it as private as possible. Several things are a quick drive away such as Walgreens, Wendy’s etc. "

"Martha was amazing! Excellent communication as well as helpful answers to local questions . The condo is very clean and modern with all the amenities of home. The views from kitchen living room and outside second floor patio were breathtaking and looked like a movie backdrop. You can hear the sounds of the ocean and watch the Palms wave in the breeze. The neighbor was very pleasant and safe. Loved watching the earlier morning walkers. Easy access of freeway, stores etc . Very close to El Yunque and Luquillo beach. Looking for a great accommodation when traveling and especially with family members with different wants and likes is not always easy. Villa Palmer checked all of our boxes and I would highly recommend it! Thanks for the great home away from home! We will be back. "
"We had a fantastic experience at the Luquillo Beach Flat! From the start, our host Paola was incredibly communicative and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process smooth and stress-free.The flat itself is beautiful and exactly as described — clean, spacious, and best of all, right on the beach. Waking up to the sound of the waves and stepping out to that view every day was unforgettable.The location is also perfect. You're just a short walk from great local restaurants, a food truck park/food court, bars, and unique specialty shops. Everything you need is close by, but the area still feels peaceful and relaxed.Overall, this was a great experience and a perfect beach escape. I would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, convenient, and relaxing spot in Luquillo!"
