"We stayed here one night and it was amazing. The hotel appears to be recently renovated and was very clean. It was very quiet. Our only complaint is that the sun rises very early and there are not blackout curtains on the rear so the room was very bright. The bonus is that it gave us an early start to explore the park. "

"From the front desk staff to the room to the location of the property, everything was wonderful. Breakfast each day was very tasty and fresh made. Staff were quite friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Our room was comfortable and quiet even being right next to the elevator. The property overall was lovely and we walked everywhere in Bar Harbor. Only had to get our car to drive to Acadia NP. We also loved the amenities of the hotel - especially the laundry!"

"Very nice well kept property tucked away from the hustle and bustle from downtown Bar Harbor. It’s a short 20 minute walk (4 minute drive) to all the downtown attractions. Staff was very accommodating and answered any questions we had"

"A lovely hotel, immaculate inside and out....loved the quirky wallpaper and ornaments in the reception area! Our check in was straight forward and the staff very friendly. Our room was two flights of stairs up and was lovely but hard work lugging cases up as no elevator so if you have mobility issues let the hotel know on booking! Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable....no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room but there is free coffee and cake etc at reception for you to help yourself to. Breakfast is also the same....cereal, coffee etc at reception but no designated dining room....we opted for fabulous Blueberry Pancakes at Jordans just across the street. The hotel is in a great area, about a 10 minute walk to the marina area with lots of great restaurants and shops! We really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel."
