“The staff made this stay perfect. They couldn’t be kinder and more helpful. Maintenance was immediately responsive on two occasions….tv not working….cable issue. The maintenance person found us a new room and assisted in moving our belongings….he stated he wanted us settled before he left for the day. “This is a nice hotel. Prices are reasonable. I actually stay in a much more expensive hotel in Baltimore after this stay. I feel that I was robbed in Balitmore. I think that complimentary wifi at the hotel room will be nice. No one wants to buy wifi at the room.”
