“Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) “Bed advertised as queen but is definitely a full by measurement, pillows were flat, and bedroom curtains blocked no light. This is the prime example of why people stay in their property before renting it out to others. The Wi-Fi also did not work for it entire stay.
