"Booked for a week stay based on good reviews and excellent price. Studio apartment was clean and perfect for our needs. Be aware there is no elevator (we were on the 3rd floor, building at 43). Make sure the front building door closes properly! The staff was very helpful and made us feel welcome. They were so accommodating and friendly! Shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery store, park - all within walking distance (out the front door and around the corner). There is a lot of pedestrian traffic due...

"I would stay here again. Parking is accessible. There is a grocery near by. I liked the 2-levels with the stairs and kitchen. It is a decent distance from the metro.
Nice place!"
"Cold showers the entire stay here, in the middle of winter. Unbelievable. It's a known issue as the front desk says you have to let the water run for an astonishing 30 minutes and "maybe" the water will get warmer. It's one thing to have an unexpected issue, but to rent rooms with such a glaring issue in winter hoping no one will complain is pretty unacceptable. Also make sure you know that the included breakfast is at the restaurant and you have to verify with them that's what you're getting, because they hand guests a menu with expensive prices on it without saying anything, which I'm sure is very confusing for many guests and makes very little sense. "El staff super amable. La ubicación y las instalaciones super lindas. El desayuno super rico. Las habitaciones son lindas, cómodas, tv por cable. Todo un 10!"
