“The place is a small boutique hotel in a nice and generally safe neighborhood with an art museum and lots of restaurants nearby. the accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The sheets were very clean ans the bed was very nice which I appreciated a lot. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. the beautiful receptionist, Florencia, went above and beyond to help me out from sending me messages hours before my check in time to ask me if I needed anything to helping me with Spanish……

“Unfortunately I had a very distressing arrival but yhe hotel staff were fabulous, so kind and helpfuland helped me the best the could at the time, Francis and Nicholas you really are the best.
The rooms was very clean although the shower could have had better water flow. I had one night that was fairly noisy until very early in the morning but the other nights were what you would expect staying in the centre of town. Plenty of good restaurants close by and very easy to get to main tourist……

“The check-in staff was extremely helpful with our hotel room and with advice about being in the city the hotel room was tidy and had clean sheets. It was a bit grungy. Location is excellent so if you don’t need perfect this is manageable.”
