The bedroom window needs a blackout curtain as the lights from the gas station that sit behind the building are very bright at night and makes sleeping difficult. At least for us it did. I would have loved to sit on the porch in the morning to drink my coffee, but there was no outside furniture. Other than those two very fixable...
