"This condo offers a list of great amenities: Great location, near to causeway for easy access to Port Isabel. Property is clean & well maintained. Plenty of space in condo with a kitchen that contains all the items you will need for your stay. Condo is very quiet with a great view of the ocean. Start your day with a hot cup of coffee on the balcony watching the sun rise. Pool & hot tub are clean & well maintained. A five star property. "

"It was a great place to stay. We loved being close enough to walk to the beach yet use the beautiful pool and jacuzzi, if desired, especially after the horseback ride on the beach!!! Kitchen was supplied well enough (except for spices) to do our in-house breakfasts and some lunches. Dinners were out at some of the great restaurants. We were not disappointed in any restaurants we went to. A nice place to come back “home” to at the end of a busy day. We would definitely stay here again. Great, helpful, responsive host. We did experience a little difficulty locking & unlocking the combo door lock. But that’s the only con, everything else was a pro-plus!! Thanks for an awesome way to celebrate my wife’s 75th birthday!!"

"Perfect place. Our host has this condo full of great items. We wanted for nothing. The location is perfect, the condo is perfect and we had a fantastic time. We will return!"

"The room: clean with great working air conditioning, bed was AWFUL, no dishwasher and just generally dated. The location: fantastic since you can see the SpaceX launch towers from the 6th floor but it's not easy to walk to the beach. The rental management company: great communication with easy, clear instructions on entry to the room. The down side was pest control in the whole building in the middle of our trip but it was communicated after our arrival. Overall: it was just so-so but could have been better if the bed was comfortable and we hadn't felt the need to remove our belongings for pest control."

"Always a good stay at Sea Vista (esp with a Becky and Mark place). The view is beautiful and place well kept. I love how it's on the beach, has a pool, and there are always sand toys, biggie boards and a rolling cart! It was not clear that the master bedroom is OPEN TO THE LIVING ROOM. They have a privacy screen that can partially span the opening and is not completely opaque, but no door. So just an fyi. Also a boogie board was missing its tether which was hard for my 10 year old, but I'm sure the owners would have swapped that out if we had asked."
