“Great place to stay for our family! Communicate was easy and straightforward. Thank you for a great stay!”

“We had a great stay in this suite. My granddaughter loved watching the ducks and geese in the pond. Response to inquiries was prompt.”

“Overall good experience. Nice and quiet. Comfy bed - great sleeps. Off street parking was nice. Hosts were quick to respond to issues. A bit of a stumble with internet connection. Manual in suite not accurate. Suite was missing face cloths in bathroom and washclothes for kitchen (easy fix). Coffee maker needed filters. Walk in shower was great for mobility challenged. Modern appliances.”

“It was very comfortable and cozy. Its minimalistic and I loved that about it.”

“The host was very well polite and his communication was excellent. We had a great conversation the first day we checked in and he was willing to accommodate all for us. Thank you and we’ll stay here again.”

“Cute place. Spacious. Doesn’t feel like a basement suite with tall ceilings. This was my second time staying here and both times were great.”

“A year later, this is still a great place to stay, exactly what I'm looking for.”

“I was a little scared before arriving because of some previous reviews, but everything turned out to be great. All the issues mentioned in older reviews have been fixed. The roof, BBQ, and everything else were in excellent condition. There were more than enough utensils and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit. The view was beautiful, and the property was clean and comfortable. This is an excellent place for a long……

“For our purposes the location was great and easy to navigate to any of the areas of Edmonton that we frequented .The condo is a well designed open and bright space. Despite the number of units in the building and occupancy it is very quiet. The beds and bedding are comfortable. For a short term stay the kitchen would be adequate; however, for the length of time we were there the provisions for meal prep and clean up were minimal compared to other VRBOs we have experienced.Wifi and ROKU worked……
