"Not even sure where to begin - this experience was simply stellar from beginning to end… Check in was fast, friendly & easy… upon entering our room it felt like we were walking into a terrace of City Hall, with the dome seeming to be mere meters from our door! Our suite was impeccable - we truly felt like we were in another world! So comfortable, stylish & luxurious - we felt a bit of that “imposter syndrome”! Staff - including front desk, room service, breakfast waitstaff & bartenders were all wonderful, attentive & super-friendly… We wished we could stay longer than the three days we’d booked… Both Ten Square and Belfast exceeded our expectations! "

"The location is not in the heart of Belfast but the city center is definitely walkable from the hotel. Taxis in Belfast are easy to book and very efficient. The hotel itself is very comfortable, modern, and offfers many amenities as well as excellent breakfasts and evening meals. All in all we definitely enjoyed our stay. "

"This is the first city hotel that we have stayed in that wouldn't serve drinks to residents after the bar had closed. Very annoying as we had been to a concert next door and wanted a couple of drinks with our friends after the gig. Maybe something that could be looked into. The bar staff told us the night porter would get us drinks but he flatly refused. Put a bit of a dampner on the evening."
