Found it to be a bit remote from services that we wanted to access (golf, fishing, etc), but no fault of the host in that, I think more that I failed to research the distance to Monterey and Pacific Grove."

"We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal with an incredible ocean view, close to the pool but you can't hear pool noise, a quick walk to the lobby and restaurant. Everything was up to date and aesthetically pleasing, phone chargers built into the side tables, new and large TVs downstairs and in the master bedroom were nice. In house laundry is handy and worked great. Everything was clean, kitchen was well stocked. The only thing I would mention is that there weren't extra trash...

"My son and I stayed for 3 nights in May, 2024. The unit was clean and neat; plenty of space for 4-5 people. Covered parking was available at the rear of the unit; on street parking was also available. The neighborhood was quiet, close to freeway and easily accessible to shopping, attractions, etc. Communication with the owner was convenient and prompt. I would highly recommend this unit!"

"I stayed at this property with my son and little dog for several days in April, so “slightly offseason.” The location is great—easily walkable to the main beach and the shops and restaurants of Capitola, and a 15-minute drive to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk. We also appreciated the convenient off-street parking."

The unit was spacious, well-appointed, and very private (thanks to its location in the last building in the development, which meant looking out only at the dunes & not other buildings). The kitchen had every pot and pan we needed, the pantry was nicely stocked, and the beds were supremely comfortable. We attempted to run the shower for 10 minutes with no hot water. Please tend to this issue before another client lets out the unit. "The place is gorgeous. The owners have first class taste in how the unit is decorated. The location is perfect. Since this is a private rental, there are very few amenities. No spa treatments, gym, bonfires, rides to the beach, beach towels etc. We were okay with this because we love seascape and the price is reasonable. "This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future."
