She was always on hand if we needed anything but everything was covered in the welcome pack that was waiting on the table for us. "Villa was spotless on arrival , Teresa was there to meet us . Everything was comfortable and there was everything we needed . The pool was a godsend morning , noon or night ! We had one little problem on our last night , when I had to call Teresa and she came straight over to help us . I cannot thank Nadine and Teresa enough for a hassle free , easy and relaxing holiday . Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand.
