“We came to golf, hike, and enjoy the spa at Crystal Mountain. We planned to leave the property but never did. Walked to everything on property - enjoyed restaurants and market. Perfect place for a couple of girls with 2 bed and 2 bath.”

“I had an exceptional stay at the condo on Portage Lake. The condo was clean as a whistle and had everything I needed and more. The furnishings and appliances are updated and like brand new. The view of the lake was incredible. The amenities of the resort were also outstanding..... the pool is great and relaxing in the lounge chairs by the pool overlooking the lake was awesome. The mornings were cool and the days were warm. No air conditioning or heat was needed during my stay. Having the sliding...

“The property was just as described online. The chalet was just a short walk across the street to Kinlochen and the Buck lift. It was clean and the heat worked great for us. The only suggestions I would make for the management company is to get updated pans to cook with that don't stick, and a new keypad for the main entry door. Having to punch in 10 numbers just to get inside was a bit much. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!!”

“Nice cozy place right on Lake Michigan. It's a small bare bones studio room with a bathroom/shower, but it suits its purpose and can't be beat for location. It was clean, well cared for and everything functioned perfectly. Property managers were great to work with. Had a small issue getting in the gate initially but they answered the phone immediately after hours and took care of the problem instantly.”
