“Place was perfect. Plenty of space, nice little Playground , great pool and hot tub, little river. Property was kept beautifully and flawless communication. Close to a lot: Frankfort, sleeping bear dunes, traverse city. Couldn’t recommend it more.”

“Cabin was basic but well supplied with essentials. Took an email to determine how to turn on the heater but host responded in a timely fashion. easy drive to Mesick and surrounding area we wished to visit,. Quiet and nicely furnished and allowed dogs as well (for a fee).”

“The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and more. It was cozy and spacious. The location was perfect, just a short drive to many great places. Lake access was a short walk away and it was nice to sit on the dock and stargaze at night. The front porch swing was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee. The back bedroom had plenty of room for air mattresses, if needed. There was a musty odor when we first arrived, but it cleared out when opening windows and running the ceiling……

“Perfect spot for a summer getaway, this cabin is right across the river from a tiki bar that serves the best burgers and fries around, a couple miles from sleeping bear dunes, and you can grill on the property if you want. I’ll be back!”

“The cabin is quaint and quiet. It does have a small view of the lake although we stayed in the winter so not able to review how the dock or any outside amenities are. Cabin temperature was ok for it's age and being in the north. We did not stay in the upstairs rooms but when we checked on them they were only a little bit cold, not bad. Had a drinking water tank as well as hot water for the shower. Only real issue was some lights being out but didn't bother us. The upstairs has an a/c unit we……

Cozy Cabin is the perfect name for this gem. My main focus when searching for a rental in the area was having a hot tub. Boy did I feel like I hit jackpot when I stumbled upon this beauty. We were all thrilled to utilize the perfect hot tub several times during our stay. Very generous amenities were provided for our every need and comfort. I……

“A luxury room in a private forested setting. If you are looking to "get away", this is your place. Well appointed with everything you might need furnished. Very quiet and peaceful. Only downside is that it is several miles from civilization (as advertised). ”

It sits right on Lower Herring Lake, so I had terrific views and complete lake access. The cabin is nicely appointed and has a spacious living room, and a very comfortable, cozy bedroom.
