“The location is quite convenient and the room is good. Recommended to stay in the flats on ground floor; otherwise, you have to go up via a sharp slope stair with your baggages. The host cannot be contacted at weekends when we had some problems on handling the dishwasher (we only stayed here for one night at weekend). They finally replied us on weekday but it was close to our checkout time. We have already washed all the used dishes ourselves before their reply. ”

“Durch die zentrale Lage sind Innenstadt, Hafen, ÖPNV und Supermarkt fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG (steile Treppe) eines Altbaus, ist sehr schön und gepflegt eingerichtet mit ausreichend Platz und Schränken, sehr sauber. Außer Gewürzen und einem großen Topf ist in der Küche alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt.Vermieter reagiert sehr freundlich und schnell auf Fragen.Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Urlaubsbeginn.”

“Veldig fin og praktisk leilighet med alt som trengs for å lage mat. Rolig og fint nabolag. Gode senger, fint sengetøy og håndduker er med. Plass til mange, også rundt spisebordet. “This is a great location in Bergen. Especially if you want to be a little removed from the crazy, crowded tourist areas of the city. A nice walk or scooter ride can get you anywhere you need to be in the city (scooter rentals are EVERYWHERE and a great way to get around.) Stores and restaurants are right across the street. "The hotel is big with lots of rooms but the rooms are arranged in a way that there are lots of corridors and it may be difficult to locate a room. Rooms are clean and stylish, with reasonable space in this expensive city. Room facilities are also good. However, staff if the reception is not helpful. We asked for their help to call taxi to go to airport on our date of departure but he seemed not willing to do so. Although he agreed to call taxi for us, we eventually waited for half an hour with no taxi coming. The staff was not willing to help us follow up with the taxi company even on our repeated requests. We eventually need to find taxi on the street on our own. Service is a big issue."
