“Unfortunately I have to condense my review to 1500 character and am writing this on behalf of my mother. I aim to be unbiased, but this stay was disappointing, and I hope this helps others avoid a similar experience.
To preface, my mother missed the pet fee when booking, but we resolved it on-site, so that’s irrelevant.
After a 14hr drive, my mother, wife, and I arrived late with our dog, having informed the host earlier. We were ready to rest, but within five minutes, we were told we couldn’t……

Right next to the beach, many RI staple Resturants such as Flo’s, and a quick bike ride or drive to Bristol and Newport. Host was very responsive and accommodating.
