You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Charming, Economical, 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Home Away From Home.

We have 3 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms. Sleeps 6. Pond with goldfish ( is currently not in operation) large flower filled (SPRING) property. Unfortunaly we lost 1/2 of our beautiful blooming pear tree in hurricane. Also the gold fish pond is waiting to be restored due to damages so is not in service at this time.

We are just a few short miles from the artsy community of Ocean Springs or the beautiful Biloxi & Ocean Springs beaches.
Centrally located, just an hours drive to New Orleans or Mobile, Alabama. Lots of charter fishing, 12 casinos, 18 golf courses and within minutes from many restaurants, theaters, and museums.

NOTE: Our home was built in 1965 by our parents. We love our home. It is not a new
house or beach condo. We do keep the photos updated as much as possible.

When leaving house, A/C must be set on no lower than 75. House must be locked up. Please double wrap seafood wastes/dispose in outside garbage.
Place used linens in laundry room upon leaving. Put garbage in outside cans. Leave both keys/ lock box & welcome board. Turn off AC / lock up house
LONG TERM RENTAL: Max guests (4) Guests must be pre-approved by owner. No additional guests are allowed other than the ones approved.
