“It was a great stay. Everything we needed, was provided. They even left an emergency kit of miscellaneous items to which came in handy. Additionally, they were quick to respond and generous with our check in.”

“The room was dirty, floor was sticky, stains in the bed, chair dirty and sticky with hair on it, curtains full of holes, the room smelled bad (as if it had been a smoker room over decades), smoke detector not attached to ceiling but lying loose on a table, bathroom dirty, AC loud and appearing to fall out of the wall mount frame, broken down vehicles on the parking lot … (I could go on). On Expedia, this room was rated “10 - exceptional”, which is why I booked it. It is not even coming close to……
