“When you first walk into the hotel it smells and tastes lime stale cigarette smoke. My non smoking room smelt the same in the room as it did out in hallway and when you walk into the lobby. Secondly the bedspread had either cigarette burns or tears on the top and not sure if they were clean.could not tell everything smelt like stale cigarettes. Breakfast consisted of two chocalte muffins for 6 people, 2 kids of cereal with wwrm milk, biscuits soggy from heating up in microwave, but the gravy……

“This was a pleasant surprise! Nicest, cleanest, friendliest place we’ve been in a very long time! Staff went over and above expectations to make sure we had a first floor room and to ensure that Expedia straightened out a glitch that had us booked for two rooms instead of one. Fresh baked cookies and smiling faces greeted us, breakfast was hot and good, and everyone had a wonderful attitude. Room was clean and spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable. We will arrange our schedule to stay……

“A typical remodeled property formerly part of a larger chain. The paint was new and fresh. The carpet had been replaced with nice looking hardwood flooring. Those are the good points. The plumbing showed it's obvious age. Paint was peeling in the corners over the tub. The shower head was pretty disgusting and didn't work well. The hair dryer didn't work at all. The remote control didn't work at first, but the front desk clerk came to our room and solved the problem - something about the DirecTV……
