Our stay was lovely. Such lovely friendly staff. Main areas very good. We enjoyed the spa. can, get a bit busy! Some guests left old towels on the beds when they left blocking beds. The Hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable and plentiful with a wide selection to choose from although somewhat pricey. Hotel is located right in the centre of Hereford close to all shops, pubs and cathedral.
