Reservations made after 5pm for same day check in are NOT allowed. CHECK IN 4PM CHECK OUT 10AM Please Note: if you have over 6 guests up to the max occupancy of 8 in your party, during the online booking process you will need to click the box Guest Fee which will add $25 to your reservation. Hazy Horizons is all about the views! The gorgeous year round mountain views showcasing 4 states is definitely the main attraction here. Of course the cabin itself isn't too shabby either! Beautifully decorated with comfort in mind, this place is certain to impress guests from every walk of life. The spacious great room has a 60" TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly North Georgia evenings for cuddling up on the sofa with a good book or a great movie with that someone special. There is a large screened in porch on the side of the house and of course outdoor furniture, gas grill, etc., for outdoor entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed in order to whip up some delicious meals. There is a large dining table that will seat at least 6 and the breakfast bar provides seating for 4\. The king master ensuite is located on the main level and there is another king bedroom and a queen bedroom upstairs. The loft provides additional sleeping for 2\. The attention to detail that has been given as far as craftsmanship and decor is apparant in every room. Conveniently located in Blue Ridge, you will find yourself feeling like you are a hundred miles away from everything only to be pleasantly surprised to find you are less than 10 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, McCaysville and Copperhill Tennessee where unique shopping and fabulous restaurants await. And for that peace of mind that many look for, you are only 5-7 minutes from Fannin County Regional Hospital. So what are you waiting for? Aren't these mountains whispering your name? The restaurants and downtown area was very close and we strolled around and had dinner there. There was also a Walmart nearby to buy groceries. The kids loved the hot tub! Every time we come we LOVE IT! The property is well maintained and we did have a question about the fireplace and were able to get information quickly and helpfully! The ONLY recommendation we could suggest is perhaps mattress toppers for the beds. They are a little hard (all 5 beds) but that's the ONLY suggestion! The drive was much easier than some places we stayed. I read some people were not happy with the road, but using Walnut Way made getting in and out very easy for us. We loved the house and really enjoyed spending outside on the porch watching the lightning bugs and skyline. The hot tub in the evening was a bonus. I had to do some baking for the wedding, and it was a pleasure using the kitchen. Everything worked so well. We saw so many falls and other natural attractions while there. Mercier Orchards became a routine stop. Their apple fritters are the best. The cabin was beautiful and included everything we needed. My only advice is to let future guests know to turn right out of the driveway when you leave. The hot tub was perfect and very clean. Appeared to be kept spotless. There was nothing that was overlooked. I would only suggest a newer coffee maker (and to check the filter as it had old molded coffee in it on our first a.m.). The other appliances were clean and top of the line. Would definitely stay here again! The turn from the road into the Driveway is a bit steep and takes some care especially at night when it is dark, but it is very nice to have a chance to see the sky without a street light washing everything out. Lovely decorated, well stocked and extremely comfortable. It is very convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and other activities. It is in great location close to a lot of things to do yet far enough away to relax. The hot tub was extremely relaxing and we enjoyed the fireplace as well. Beautiful kitchen and plenty of space for the entire family. The whole cabin and everything about it was extremely updated and simple. They had everything you could need and then more.
