☆ BEDROOM + BATHROOMS ☆
PRIMARY: king bed, en suite bathroom, upper level, private covered deck, large walk-in closet, 55” TV and a private sitting area.
QUEEN BEDROOMS (2): queen beds, shared hall bathroom, main level. One bedroom also has a french door out to the main deck.
CAMP ROOM: four twin beds (barracks style!) and a classic camp vibe, upper level, accessed via primary bedroom. \*Note: You do have to WALK THROUGH the primary bedroom to access this bedroom, please keep this in mind!
BUNK ROOM: two bunk beds (4 total twin beds), en suite bathroom, located on the basement level. Note: basement level is further removed from the main floor and you have to walk through the movie den to access it, so we recommend this room for older kids and young, or young at heart, adults.
☆ KITCHEN + LIVING AREAS ☆
Well equipped kitchen with beautiful GE Café appliances. Open to the living area/dining area - cook, relax, and dine all together. Sink into the leather Pottery Barn sectional in front of a (wood burning) fire. Our locally crafted dining table seats eight, and there are four additional seats at the kitchen island. Or, dine al fresco. We have two picnic tables and a grill on the deck just outside the kitchen.
The LOFT is on the top level next to the Master, and is a perfect reading nook or workspace desk and extra monitor. Gaze out over the beautiful Blue Ridge mountain view while you knock out those emails!
☆ BASEMENT ☆
MOVIE DEN: furnished with "the comfiest \[electric\] reclining leather chairs \[and couch\]” and new 75” TV. Perfect for a family movie night or kicking back to watch the big game! Two brand new arcades - Golden Tee & Pacman!
GAME ROOM: pool table, foosball table, games, and two TVs. Door leads out to the lower deck, hot tub, and fire pit, making this the place to hang out, day or night!
☆ OUTDOOR SPACES ☆
HOT TUB: NEW 7-seat hot tub
FIRE PIT: get cozy under the bistro lights! Extendable skewers & outdoor blankets provided (bring your own firewood)!
DECKS & PORCH: sip your coffee on the front porch rocking chairs with a visit from our friendly neighborhood dog, Sydney, and perhaps some of her friends! Three levels of decks to enjoy mountain and summer sunset views! Dine al fresco with plenty of seating on the main level deck. Walk out onto the covered lower patio to relax in the hot tub or stargaze, especially from the upper balcony deck - grab the telescope!
Note: We do not supply cable TV – there is access to streaming services via smart TVs, so please bring your own USER NAME & PASSWORDS. In other words, you log into your own accounts to watch TV. The Lodge is equipped with high-speed wireless internet which you are free to connect to with any of your devices.
ITEMS WE PROVIDE:
\-paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish pods, laundry, detergent, coffee and creamer
\-kitchen towels, pot holders and trivets, salt and pepper, cookie spray
\-propane for the grill (we do our best to swap out empty tanks and provide extras, if we happen to be out of propane we will happily refund you the cost to refill it while you are in town!)
\-shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap and dish soap – by our favorite, Public Goods
Please consider bringing: firewood (firepit & fireplace), cooking oils and spices, favorite coffee/cream/sweeteners (both Keurig and drip coffee appliances available) to ensure a comfortable stay.
Additional details and rules:
\-If you stay with us during the week spring-fall, you will likely see our landscaper stop by to mow/clean up the yard (typically Wednesdays)
\-No outside music or loud noise after 10 pm, please be respectful to our kind, full time resident neighbors
\-House is on septic, only flush toilet paper and natural waste
\-You understand that you may get a visit from the friendly neighborhood dog
\-No smoking (of ANY kind) inside or on decks, you will forfeit $500 of your deposit to cover the additional cleaning fee
\-AC should not be set lower than 68 degrees in the summer, setting it lower could result in the unit freezing
\-Ensure that grill's propane tank is only on while in use. When you are finished cooking, please turn it off
\-Please only use the fireplace if you are comfortable operating a wood burning fireplace (ensure flue is open and mesh curtain is closed). Do not run fireplace and AC at the same time
\-You will see bugs - leaving the windows and doors closed will help with this. You may see bears, snakes, and other wild animals outside. Wild animals can be dangerous.

#### Family Fall Break!
The lodge is beautiful and very comfortably sleeps 6 adults and 8 children. The listing explains, clearly, everything you’d want to know about layout. Emiline was extremely responsive throughout our stay. We enjoyed the kitchen, the hot tub, and the fire pit. The views from the 3 back decks are amazing! We stay in the mountains each year for Fall Break and this location was, by far, the most convenient. Easy access to grocery stores and to beautiful Mercier orchards. We checked out Fall Branch Falls and Serenberry winery. Both were convenient and worth it. Our kids absolutely LOVED the basement space!

#### Great Stay w/Multiple Families
We recently stayed for a 4-day softball tournament in Blue Ridge so we had 3 families together. The cabin worked out great to have a bedroom for each set of parents, the teen girls had their private space in the bunk room in the bedroom and the little siblings had a dedicated room, as well. The view from the kitchen window/back deck is spectacular-you feel like you are in the tree tops! The hot tub & game room was perfect to come back to after a long hot day at the ballpark. And I even saw some wildlife (deer) in the mornings thru the trees. We were only about 10-15 minutes from the ballpark and from downtown Blue Ridge - which was just about as far away as you wanted to be. Everyone loved our stay and the cabin was perfect for what we needed. Thank you!

We hosted our annual women's retreat here and the accommodations were perfect! The home is cozy yet spacious, the kitchen well equipped. Our favorite was the time we spent together around the fire pit making smores and laughing until our stomachs hurt! The owners were amazing! Great communication, caring, responsive & very personable. We hope to visit again very soon!

A relaxing, quaint unplug heaven! Everything from the check-in to check- out was perfect. I loved the peaceful porch views and the red rocking chairs were icing on the cake! For large family groups with the desire to be intimate this is certainly the spot. Enough room for intimate meals and fireside chats, yet enough space to spread out if needed makes this place #1 in my book. & The bunks and campers were the perfect touch! Our group had the perfect bonding experience! Thanks E & R! The daily check-ins and hospitality made all the difference! We will be back :)

#### The Accuracy of it all!
The reviews and accolades about this place were SO ACCURATE. The space is beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend friends getaway. Emeline, was consistent in communicating throughout the weekend but not overbearing. There was a genuine energy from her messages that showed concern for the experience we were having. Rooms were well-appointed and that memory foam bed in the primary room was EVERYTHING. If you are looking for a space that provides the comfort of HOME this is THEE place. Emeline and Ryan got it right with Lodge Noir!!

We loved staying at Lodge Noir! Even more spacious than pictures showed with huge 5 bedrooms. Very clean, Fully stocked, very comfortable and so thoughtfully designed. Felt very spacious and very close proximity to Blue Ridge attractions. Huge kitchen to prepare meals. Pristinely clean. Hot tub was a nice touch for the evenings. Our kids loved the Camp Room! Clear and precise instructions and suggestions of things to do. Perfect place to hang out and enjoy your evenings. We will definitely be booking again in the future next time we’re in the area! Can’t recommend it enough.

We renting this cabin not knowing a lot about the area. 12 of us, 7 grandkids ranging from 9 months to 18 years old. The cabin was everything thing we expected and more. Ryan and Emeline were the best, very responsive and accommodating…we had zero issues and the cabin was awesome. When we left my daughter in law lost her phone. Ryan text to tell us he found it and will be shipping it to us soon, even refusing payment for shipping…Great place and owners!!
