"First off, communications was really exceptional, Shane was on top of everything and there was very little wait time, with really no inconvenience to any of us, and he was ready with information and even letting you know in advance to anything. As well offered well thought of and much appreciated customer service as his was impeccable. A shout out to his cleaning lady Beverly as well. She was outstanding, what a strong determination and skill this woman has got. Plenty of parking outside and space inside. Three full size bathrooms, rooms were nicely appointed and the furniture was outstanding and really comfortable. A tv in almost every room and one on the back porch, . Two porch areas one up top and of course the one on the bottom with the tv. Plenty of area around the doc and they also had kayaks you can use and room on the side for a pontoon if you were to rent one. This was a great stay and a memorable one, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Shane for the exceptional customer service and your response time to issues, and (to those that are wondering or questioning the issues ,it was beyond his control) use of your home, it was phenomenal."

"Great spot, nice house the only complaint we had was it could use a deep dusting where there was a lot of dust on the cabinets in the kitchen and on the light fixtures. The lights were the same we have in our house and you have to clean the glass globes with glass cleaner to keep them looking good and clean. I could tell the light globes hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I would recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle to get up the driveway. We loved the views and the house was exactly as listed and looked just like the pictures. Mr. Tommy was a great communicator. We had an issue at the gate a few times, and I let Mr. Tommy know and he jumped right on it. We finally did figure out there had to be something in our truck interfering with the gate key pad. We ended up pulling up away from it and keying the code and it worked fine. Any question or issue you had you could message Mr. Tommy on the app and he quickly reply and was right on it. This was a great place to relax. Loved seeing all the deer every day. The hot tub was great too after a long hike. The game table was great we played many of the games and our son loved it. Thank you for a great relaxing house and location for our family vacation! We will stay here again and recommend it even if don’t need a house that sleeps 10 there was only 3 of us and we loved it."
