"We loved being able to walk over to campus and visit with our son at ETSU. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our time together and we enjoyed being able to cook our food. Our only very small minor suggestion would be a few more comfy chairs in the living area would have been nice, but that’s just a super minor detail."

"Two of us crashed here after a long day of driving and fishing. Everything was clean and as advertised. Beds and sofa were comfortable, and the showers worked well. Our only annoyance was that the address on F Street isn’t terribly clear about East versus West."
