Steps from Downtown Mystic / Newly Renovated Modern Apartment

One of three newly renovated units in an old house built in 1845. The property is right in the center of Mystic on the Groton side of the draw bridge. Walking distance to restaurants and area attractions including Mystic Seaport Museum. Off-street parking. Short drive to Stonington Borough and Watch Hill RI.

Unit 3 is located on the second floor, up one set of stairs. It offers the following layout and amenities:
- One bedroom with queen-size bed
- One bath with shower
- Living room with couch and 50" TV. Streaming and live TV is through Hulu
- Full kitchen including stove, oven, fridge, microwave
- Dishes, utensils, glasses, cookware, bakeware.
- Nespresso machine
- Separate dining area
- In-unit laundry
- WiFi

We now have driveway parking for our guests!

Great location with great taste
Stayed for holiday weekend and really enjoyed the walkability of the rental. Interior of rental is beautifully and smartly done. We had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and bringing home leftovers from the excellent restaurants nearby. We walked everyday with the exception of driving to the farmers market. Fairly comfortable bed, overall the space is very comfortable. A couple games were provided, which is fun for a pre or post dinner activity back at the rental. Perfect for a couple looking to enjoy Mystic.

This place was even better than the photos, which I think is so hard to accomplish on rental sites. It truly was just a <5 min walk to downtown, something that was important to us (a friend rented another unit in the building). Everything was very new/ updated and so comfortable. The stairs to the upstairs units are pretty narrow, so I would take that into account if mobility is an issue. Bathroom is small, but more than adequate and very clean. The only thing that could have improved the stay for me is a full length mirror; a pet peeve of mine not to have one. Otherwise it was lovely and I wish we had more days to enjoy!

Perfect location
Came to Mystic for a short anniversary getaway with my husband and couldn't have been more pleased with our accomodations. Condo was newly renovated, nicely decorated, clean and very quiet. Loved that we could easily walk to all the great restaurants and shopping downtown has to offer. Mike the property manager was very friendly and attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is excellent! Lovely modern style inside, very clean, all appliances used worked. The bedding and bathroom linens were first rate. We called the owner to help out with a TV volume problem; he responded immediately and fixed the problem quickly. The location is also terrific...Main Street shops, bakeries, etc. an easy 5-10 walk through the lovely old town. We hope to return soon.

Lovely Mystic Apartment
This is a beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Short walk to Mystic restaurants and shops. Check-in was very easy. The owner reached out to let us know we could check-in early. Apartment is beautifully renovated and has everything you need for your stay including an original nespresso machine, washer/dryer, kitchen pots, pans, etc., plush towels, great water pressure in the shower, etc. Unit has parking so we were able to leave the car and walk into town for dinner. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Mystic getaway!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This one bedroom unit was completely redone. We loved the modern vibe in this historical building. It's perfect for two! The bedroom is in the front as you walk in, with a comfortable queen size bed and i phone chargers at each bedside. There is an ample and open closet system and a desk/chair if you might have to work while away, as my husband did. The living room is small but perfect for movie watching. There was a window A/C unit which cooled the place well. The kitchen is opposite the living room and has everything you'd need to cook in. The Nespresso had pods for espresso, but we would've preferred a regular coffee to brew. The eat in kitchen was just right for enjoying local take out. An upstairs deck was available to sit outside, but share's access with the other upstairs unit. The linens were high quality and there were plenty of towels. They even left a beach bag with beach towels, in case you needed it! Overall, we were thoroughly happy with our stay here and hope to visit again soon!

Great property. Close to everything. Had absolutely every amenity you could hope for, including phone chargers on each nightside table! On-site parking was a HUGE advantage. Would highly, highly recommend this property if you are a couple and spending time in Mystic.

My husband and I stayed here for a week and you can’t beat the location! You can walk to everything. Parking was a HUGE plus because there is almost no street parking during peak hours. The size and layout for our stay was perfect. The place was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay
Gorgeous, modern accommodation, convenient location, competitive price! Mike was a superb host and the apartment is exactly like the pictures, if not better! Everything is brand new and immaculately clean. The decor is modern and chic, but the space feels comfortable and homey. We were steps away from the awesome Mystic restaurants, shopping, and entertainment--yet the property was private and quiet. My wife and I enjoyed 3 glorious kid-free days and we will be back to stay here again soon.

What an amazing stay! This apartment is well appointed and very cozy. Michael, the property manager, also included extras: cloth napkins, beautiful dinnerware, candles, and even cookies. We were also surprised to see phone chargers on each night stand as well as a white noise machine. It is less than a five minute walk to Mystic Harbor, restaurants, and shops. We highly recommend staying here. A shout out to Michael, you are wonderful at keeping your guests, well informed, and for replying quickly to any questions. This property is also very close to Mohegan Sun where we saw a concert and we’re back to Mystic in under a half hour. This is a plus and we plan on returning again. Wonderful stay!

Great location; delightful place
Can't beat the location-just 2 blocks to downtown Mystic. The place was pleasant and clean; the best set of kitchen utensils, pots, etc. that we've had at a VRBO. Check-in and check-out was very smooth. Michael even texted us on the day that it rained all day with suggestions! We hope to stay here next time we visit Mystic.

Nicely renovated and great location
Beautiful unit, it was perfect for our long weekend visit. Really appreciated the attention to detail in what was stocked as well as all the kitchen pans being in great condition. I highly recommend! Only thing to know is that our unit, #3 requires you to go up some fairly steep stairs. No problem for us, but if that is a concern, rent unit 1 or 2 on the main floor.

Great location!
Check-in was quick and easy, allowing us to walk through town shortly after arriving. The unit was bright and comfortable, with careful attention given to so many small details. Perfect getaway in town.
This little apartment is fresh from top to bottom, felt like we could have been the first guests after a complete remodel. New everything, lots of modern touches and tastefully done. It was right in town, just a few steps to shops, restaurants, etc...oh, and owner Mike was great to work with, very accommodating. We'll be back for sure.

Great stay!
I was in town for a couple days for a professional conference during the winter. Location was great — a big plus for my limited free time for the trip. Being able to go for a walk later in the day and visit some very nearby shops and restaurants was great. Location would be amazing for a stay in the busy season with so much within walking or biking distance! A great spot to enjoy Mystic and not be hassled with parking in town. Accommodations were very clean and well appointed. Way more economical than the cost of the venues recommended hotel with a lot more comforts and amenities. Property manager was communicative and very responsive as well.
