The staff were all wonderful. Emily was very helpful with some issues at check-in. Housekeeping was very good. All in all my stay was very good.

I like staying there because it is close to my sons when I come to visit. I have stayed there for 5 years now. Staff are excellent.
No ice machines working n that was inconvenient.
I stay here once a year for a conference and it’s very dated, carpets in hallways are awful. Icemakers and outside locks always “out of service”. Pool was closed the first day. Staff is nice. Location off highway is convenient.

The staff was very helpful. The facilities are very outdated. Worn and stained carpet and curtains. Rooms were clean. Limited lighting. Bathrooms could use a major upgrade. Everything was clean and maintained, just old.
I like the convenience of the property; it's where I usually choose to stay. It's located right off 495 and pretty close to I-90; central to a lot of fun stuff.

The staff was ok. What I didn’t like was that, I wasn’t able to connect my Netflix nor didn’t have you tube and I traveled with my granddaughters. The ice machine wasn’t working and no laundry room. The pool was nice my babies enjoy it. The building is kinda old in the outside but is ok inside. I’ll give a 7 out of 10.

Was looking foward to using heated pool it was so cold warmer outside. The place was empty .I asked for better room they said not cleaned .put us way in back room smelled funny .they were 3 cars in parking lot. So I was disappointed
The staff is friendly and will provide information if you ask; breakfast is only available in the room, but the rooms don't have a dining area. The room had double beds, not queen-size ones, so it's a bit cramped for four people.
Really cool spot. Loved having the balcony overlooking the pool. Room was dated but comfortable. Only real complaint was that of the four towels in our room, three were dirty and the ice machine on our floor didn’t work.
The staff were welcoming and gave me a room in the area I wanted. The wait person was excellent and the dinner and wine great. This hotel has a great location and loads of free parking spaces. Highly recommend.
Stayed 2 nights for our trip to Boston. About an hour drive. Upon arrival, the location is huge. But the rooms need updating. Furnishings and the rugs need to be replaced. However, the courtyard was beautiful the beds were comfy and it was very quiet. Good value for the price.
The staff was friendly and it was clean. I was in a Conor room by the stair case and other doors were loud and made my room door rattle. It was a little unnerving since I was staying alone.
There was no continental breakfast which in my opinion for the price you’re paying, there should be. While the staff was very nice, the rooms were run down, paint was chipping on the walls. The hotel itself smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The ice machine was out of service. The food on the menu is practically all frozen food.
It was very run down. It looked like they are trying to redo parts of it. The toilet wasn't working great. It was easy to park and it was just fine to stay, but not a very fun and beautiful room. They have a pool area in the middle that is nice, but not very inviting.
