“Lock box was tough to use and we arrived late at night compounding the issue. Property was listed as having a dishwasher and it did not have one. Property photos are misleading as well- showing a dishwasher so as to trick the renter. Someone entered our unit and left a broom and mop containing broke glass which was stepped on - fortunately not by o end our children. When contacting the property management the claimed they didn’t know there was no dishwasher. Not sure how you advertise and……

Our luck coldest weather in years in Florida down to the 30’s. "I was bitten by bed bugs and had more than a dozen wounds. I have photos and videos. No apology at all. Their manager is really terrible. This is the first time I have encountered such a dirty hotel. On the third day, I found 8 bed bugs. I don't want to be bitten anymore. I will change to another hotel immediately."
