If looking for a non-chain type place that is unique this is a good choice. Owners are nice people and willing to make your stay pleasant. They offered home made burritos for breakfast but we passed only because we had a filling meal the night before.

Historic? It’s more appropriate to say older. Our room was not very well maintained. Ex, shade didn’t properly close, our key card didn’t work. It was convenient to park near our room and it was pleasantly quiet.

The heat in each room is VERY DIFFICULT to use, my husband traveled alone and could not figure it out and he froze all night as the bedding was also very thin. I also have traveled with him and stayed here as well as traveled alone and the heat unit is less than easy to figure out.
