“The reviews on this have been variable so it’s time to weigh in with my own. Bottom line - if you want a decent stay for a cost-effective price, DO consider this. If you’re looking for the Ritz, it’s probably wrong for you.
This is normally student accommodation and so is way better than a hostel while not being a hotel. You get your own, modern, fairly smart room with an en suite shower room and toilet. There’s also a modern shared kitchen/TV area with oven and microwave and washing up……

“The property is student residences and it was very clean and comfortable. The price was very affordable. There is a shared kitchen with the TV that you can use while there. The only thing is is that the rooms can be kind of warm and warm weather but I opened my window and I was fine. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk to town, which was fine by me”

“The room was unbearably hot! No AC, no fan, no air movement and no way to control temperature. The shower head was broken. The neighborhood was great with lots of dining options. Some nice coffee options nearby. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. This was a three night stay and served the purpose. One more night would have been one night too many however.”

“It was in the right location. I could walk to everything or catch the LUAS or a bus. The garden area is beautiful. The facility is well-maintained and the staff are quite nice.”

“Stayed at Cork Street in Dublin and honestly couldn’t believe the value for money. Although it’s usually student accommodation, they absolutely make it feel like a proper hotel experience during stays. The whole place was spotless, modern, and really well maintained.
The room was spacious, very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was immaculate, and the overall standard was much higher than expected for the price. You can tell……
