Arrived to a smoke detector with a low battery in the bedroom but Susan was extremely responsive and had batteries on site for me to replace right away. Wish it was a bit more remote but enjoyed the fire pit and the interior has been updated with a clear vision in mind and executed well. Would definitely stay again. "
