“The room was clean and the building was beautiful, but there doesn’t seem to be any real staff. You have to call to find how to get on the property then call to get admitted to the castle then someone lets you in. A young girl checks you in, but she won’t be there unless you call first. She was nice and tried to be helpful. She is also the person who cooks or sets up the breakfast and when you check out you have to call again. It is a castle so be prepared to walk up a lot of winding stairs and……

“We came with our dog and we received such a warm welcome at the reception. It continued in our room, when there was a full bag of treats waiting for him. That little detail made our day! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and the panoramic sauna was breathtaking. We will definitely be back!”
