"Loved everything about it. Only thing not related to Ownership is the nighttime was loud with people, sirens and service trucks. other than that it was well run, clean and neat to have downtown at your doorstep."

"The pictures do not do this place justice. The coziest little tiny house perfect for a couple retreat with your spouse. The bed is so comfortable, the mini fridge is stocked with beverages and there is an assortment of snacks. The sweetest mason jar firefly lights to take home was just icing on the cake. Highly recommend staying here!!!"

"It was a wonderful stay. Nice and Quiet. We liked the private balcony in the Buchanan room. They had street vendors all down main street. It closed early at 4 but still had time to shop a little."

"Really enjoyed our stay. Picked it due to the location for the solar eclipse. Met friends at Ink Lakes State Park for it and only had to drive 6.5 miles to get there. Couldn't have worked out any better. The accommodations were perfect. Everything was well stocked and clean. Cindy was great. Upon arriving we were greeted by two red cardinals - had never seen one before. Nice bonus. Secluded location with total peace and quiet. Great place to just sit outside and relax. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Chuck is the most thoughtful, gracious host. The apartment is perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is VERY comfortable and location is quiet and cozy. Great location with easy access to the beach, boat launch and hiking trails. Just a short trip but when we return this is where we will be staying again."

Shannon has built this property with every detail in mind and it’s an incredible option for big groups! Both Megan and Shannon were so available and easy to communicate with! They had everything in place and set up for us and were there if we needed! We had a great weekend and would love to come back for another trip!"

"Cutest property right in Marble Falls. Literally we could walk to all the shops and restaurants. We loved the side porch. The space in the apartment was perfect for us. We never cooked so can’t speak as how that would work. The bed and pillows were super comfortable! The only even slightly negative was: the rolled up bath Mat designed to prevent slippage in the tub was mildewed and had an odor. It was probably rolled up wet. Otherwise everything was so clean. We hope to stay again !"

"Fit the bill. Roughly 500 sq ft Marble Falls room is located upstairs and was a nice fit for a couple. After hours night landscaping seems unnecessary but maybe because property is a relatively new listing."

"Really cool property and an excellent opportunity to try a shipping container home for those interested. The hostess was kind and helpful. The house was clean and well stocked. Convenient to Marble Falls and the lake. "
