Property was clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast was hot and plentiful. Breakfast changed daily which was nice.

Very poor reception of staff at check-in and not professionally dressed

It’s a fairly new facility and nice, but showing signs that management isn’t interested in keeping it up. We were in an accessible room which tend to be less used. The showerhead holder was broken and the seal that keeps water from spreading all over the bathroom was loose. This room should have been repaired. It makes the shower unable to be used by somebody in a wheelchair, the exact thing this room is designed for. If this is the level of maintenance they provide for a less used room, I wonder what the heavy use rooms look like.

People working there were competent and friendly and very good. But my room had ants Lots of ants all over. I reported the problem. This is usually an issue with now having the property treated for insects. A management or owner problem. So I’ll put the blame there. But it was pretty sickening. Ants now in my luggage. All over the place. I took film of it. Love the TownePlace brand , and use it often. So this was a pretty big shock.
