"Clean room, pool and hot tub very nice . The pool was unsupervised and unmonitored which made dealing with rude, inconsiderate young people very difficult. Location was great. Staff was excellent "

"Location is perfect! You can walk right out onto the boardwalk and beach! And for an amazing price, less than $200 a night for a balcony ocean view room. AC in the room wasn’t the best, but wasn’t unbearable. Ice machine on 6th floor was either broke or empty every time I went to use it. Bar in the lobby has also been closed both days we have been here which sucks, but there are other options along the boardwalk within walking distance. Besides those minimal things, I have zero complaints! Will definitely be back as usual! "

"Pool area was nice. DJ music in background was pleasant. One elevator out of two was not working. Room service was not on a daily basis. Hall light switch did not work. Headboard lights did not work. Floor lamp did not work. Card reader stopped working after four days. Had to get it replaced. Roaches in room and bathroom. Had to keep clothes in suitcases. Coffee was not replaced each day. No “do not disturb “ sign was provided. Privacy lock on inside of door was broken. "

"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."

"Had a couple of issues with the room but the staff got them resolved. Room was a little out of date but for the money it was a good value. The view was amazing and had easy access to the beach. Would stay again."

"Room was clean (though housekeeping only changeds our towles once in three days and never did any other housecleaning). Music in the bar areas is ridiculous - disco and transe, super loud, Jimmy Buffett would not be proud. EV charger spaces (about 6-8 of them) all filled up with non-EV people parking in them. Hotel makes no effort at all (no signs, nothing) to discourage parking in the EV charging spaces. Breakfast serving area is too cramped - disgusting to think how many people are standing over the food when the serving area is busy."
