"It’s a nightmare when we went back to the house after the aurora tour (already 2am) the entry door keypad was not working and called the owner but no response. We stayed in one hotel lobby for the rest of the night "

"It is like living at home away from home. We occupied the whole upstairs with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, one full bathroom and a half bathroom. Owner has quite a bit of groceries in the kitchen that we can use, but we bought whatever we need before we checked in. It is walking distance to a lot of places of interest and shopping if you can walk. The only issues are the stairs going up to the house, and the heating at night as we felt pretty cold even though it is about 10 C at nights. So I am not sure how cold it is in the extreme cold winter in Yellowknife. Overall, it is a nice and comfortable place to stay if you plan to have a group of people of 6 to 8 people visiting Yellowknife. We have 4 people in our group this trip."
