Hermosa casa de 3000 pies cuadrados en la comunidad cerrada de comodidades de Saw Creek Estates con seguridad 24HR. Cuatro habitaciones y tres baños completos. Las habitaciones están dispuestas con 1 cama King, 1 Queen, literas dobles y un sofá cama grande en la sala de juegos de la planta baja. Cuna también disponible. The place was clean and in the mountains. The beds were a little hard but manageable. There were plenty of extra linens and the rooms were spacious. The only thing is when you look at the pictures it looks like the amenities are close to the house but they are not. We used the pool and hot tub at the one location. Check in was easy to get into the neighborhood. Incredibly nice and easy to get in-touch with morning or night. I would recommend renting from him. The house was also super clean and not short on space for people to gather or sleep. Owner was absolutely fantastic. We had a couple things come up and he took care of them immediately. Very nice community. The house was super clean and inviting. I’m picky with cleanliness and it was spotless. Loved sitting on the screened porch watching nature and the pool time was amazing. They have a restaurant and bar at the outdoor pool which was a lot of fun. The owner was super nice and was easy to reach with a special request we made. Will definitely be back! ##### Ash B. The house really needed to be aired out, there was a serious musty smell when we got in, especially in the basement. There were dried leaves, obviously from last fall, on the patio and the screened patio, and thick cobwebs as well. I ended up having to broom the patios just so it could be more comfortable and clean for our use. The patio chairs and cushions needed to be cleaned as well. There were also some issues with the shower heads in two of the bathrooms. The owner was nice, but I would recommend that he visit the house prior to visitors coming in to make sure the house is up to standard. ##### carline c.
