"Run-down hotel. The pool needs to be looked after, the food was horrible, and the room had a kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no utensils, pots and pots or plates. The breakfast and dinner is served in the hotel lobby. There are holes in the wall on the balcony, the trash was overflowing in the communal bins and the room was SO hot because the air conditioner couldn’t keep the room cold."

The homecooked breakfast and cakes were all made from locally sourced ingredients. Honestly, the cakes should be sold in a shop. They are amazing. The owner was very gracious and efficient and the breakfast was amazing. It takes about 7 minutes to go to the town center in car. "A delightful stay in Vittoria wine country. Relaxing, great food, friendly staff. The room was wonderful. They provided fresh drinking water every day and some fresh fruit in the room. I thought that was a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting outside in the evening with one of their fabulous aperitivo cocktails and watching the cats play. The dinner was a fixed menu. It was more food than I needed, but it was all delicious. We opted to have dinner there both nights of our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. So many delicious things to try - pastries, salads, cheeses, charcuteries, fruits. The location is a nice jumping off point for exploring the small towns in the area and tasting wine of the region."
