“I loved that we were so close to everything in san juan/ old san juan. The area looks a little rough but it was quiet at night and we felt very safe. We rented a car so did not walk around but having the parking space included was so convenient. The only thing that wasn't great was that there was always noise that woke us up around 8am. We were out late every night so getting woken up by the barking dogs and loud tools was a little rough. Overall though it was a great stay and I would stay here……

“The apartment was clean and well kept! The host responded quickly when needed or had a question. Over all this was a great stay! ”

“Great place. Great space. Close to beach but not oceanfront. You have to cross a thoroughfare to gain access to a public beach/campground. Great pool. Very clean. ”

“We had the greatest time staying at this amazing house / villa. It was a group of eight of us, including some couples, and everyone was able to get their own room, which was the best part of the stay. The place is very spacious, has air conditioners in every room, which are a huge plus, has a great pool, has laundry facilities, which were amazing to use during the trip, and the walk to the private beach was so easy. The location is also great. It is in a private neighborhood but coming in and……

The host provided an excellent service and was always in touch making sure that we were enjoin our stay. We loved every corner of this condo. ”

“This was a really great spot! Right on the corner where the beach meets the edge of town. An easy walk around the bay to a bunch of great brunch places with a couple of good spots for dinner right next door. Ivelisse and Michael were very nice and very communicative. The place itself felt very comfortable and we LOVED the rooftop hang out. We spent a lot of time up there. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time in PR.”

“3 small families here for annual beach trip. Comfortable for all. Few blocks from beach, pool and grill were great options. ”

“Property was the perfect location, with an ocean view, complete with a beautiful sunrise, and the beautiful sound of the Coqui put me to sleep every night!The villa had everything that I needed, and even things I didn’t think to bring, like beach towels!Communication with the host was instant, and did I have a million questions, since it was my first trip to PR!Can’t wait to visit again!Laurie James”
