Fabulous clean rooms with great views of the pyramids. The staff were super helpful with everything and the welcome drink and other random drinks provided along the way were great. Breakfast was fabulous with so much to choose from.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first trip to Cairo. Right from the start, the staff made check in super easy, and setting up the airport ride took all the stress out of arriving. Saif and Abdul were amazing throughout my stay. They were so kind and attentive, always checking in and generously offering drinks and food. The Honeymoon Suite was spotless, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the hot water in both the shower and Jacuzzi was great. Plus, waking up to those direct pyramid views was incredible. The breakfast spread was delicious every morning, and they were always super flexible and quick so I could hit the ground running with my daily tours. I’d easily stay here again again.

Very clean property, the view from the suite was extraordinary! Mr Adam was very welcoming, Abdo was wonderful and very helpful to set up transportation with Mr Hassan and tours with Mohammed. The entire staff was great and very attentive.

The staff was incredibly kind, professional and helpful. I felt safe as a solo traveler. Thank you Adam, Saif and Mohammed! The view from the balcony of the suite was incredible! You can see the Giza Pyramids and the head of the sphinx. I will cherish the moments at this hotel relaxing with the view and falling asleep with the Pyramids in full sight.

For the 3* in Egypt it's really good hotel. Good rooms, friendly staff always ready to accommodate you, excellent breakfast. Walkable distance to the Giza pyramid entrance and 10 minute drive to the new GEM museum. Plenty of the restaurants options nearby. And great view from your room.

The hotel was very clean, Mr Adam was very welcoming and friendly. Our personal assistant, Abdo was essential to setting up our driver and our guides. Mr. Hassan was an excellent driver, Mohammed did a great job on our tours. During our stay it was my birthday, Abdo went out of his way to surprise me with a cake and candles. It was a great trip!

Ghandi, Morgan, and all of the staff were wonderful! They arranged airport pickup, offered help with tours, and were very communicative through WhatsApp. The complimentary breakfast was spectacular. And I will miss the mango juice! We also ordered dinner in-room late at night and that was delicious! The rooms don’t disappoint, they are exactly as pictured. We stayed in the Galaxy suite and had a view of the 3 pyramids with a jacuzzi tub, which was lovely. I would personally opt for this versus other hotels like the popular Mena House because it is a boutique hotel feeling, it’s more personalized, and every room has a spectacular view for a reasonable price. The location is also good, it’s obviously close to the pyramids and we felt very safe and secure —no scary elevators or stairs. My husband wanted to get a haircut and we were able to get one late at night with the help of Ghandi. Ghandi walked us over to a barber shop and stayed with us the whole time. I highly recommend Galaxy and the other properties under the same management (they look very similar but are located on another side of the pyramids). Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The staff were SO helpful and friendly. I was with a group and the staff made our visit in Cairo even more enjoyable. Room was clean and modern although the pictures online did not match the room we were given. Staff excellent. Breakfast brought in but had a lot of different items to eat. Nightime - our first night it was so noisy all night long. Second night was much quieter but you could still hear traffic noise. Not for a long time duration.

comfortable hotel

the room was very clean and new, and the view was magnificent! staffs were very friendly and works hard. one of the staff, Mr. Saif, was supportive during my stay. i also enjoyed a lot the tour they arranged. my tour guide, Ms. Yasmeen, was very professional and the cost was reasonable.
