"Stayed last minute due to a flight cancellation staff on reception at check in were amazing and really helpful. They were accommodating when we requested a room change. We only ate breakfast the choice was very good as was the quality.You do need a car as quite remote but the small town has a couple of restaurants. The chain does have other hotels in the town and has a small train that links them every 20 mins. "

"Avoid it. We notified the reception saying we would arrive at 11pm. They said fine door will be open and key inside. When we arrived the door was locked, no key available and no one was answering the phone. Nice to have to find a hotel at midnight with wife and two kids. Avoid it at every cost. "

"The location is great, you can walk to punta prima, and Binibeca is only 10 minutes away by car. The supermarket is across the street and open until 10 pm. The staff was awesome, they gave me great tips on what to do on a rainy day. Sadly the wifi started failing after a few days we were there, and I found out this is a known issue , so it would be nice to fix it once and for all with something like StarLink, that doesn't depend on the infrastructure of the island. Also, it would be nice to...

"The staff and location were fantastic, however the property and rooms are quite dated and the rooms were not very clean, especially the floors (this is in part because they don’t vacuum which for noise is fantastic but there were lots of hairs on the floor when we arrived). I would not class this as 4 star. The food was not to our taste either but this can be rather subjective. Regardless we had a pleasant stay and the staff really were delightful. "
