“Very cute cabin directly on the White River. It was a very nice size and had all the comforts of home. Great WIFI and TV options. Very beautiful and peaceful area. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Clean and inviting. Lots of windows, enjoyed the view especially out towards the river. Lots of wildlife, eagles, geese and other birds. It was convenient to fishing guides and several restaurants in Gassville, AR Cabin was a great find as they accepted our dog.”

“I loved how clean the property was left for us by the owner. Everything was very clean. The cabin was very comfortably furnished with complimentary sparking cider, a coffee maker with Folgers and all the fixings, a nice-sized cold mini-fridge, and water which heated quickly. N.B. The hot water is _very_ hot, exercise caution. Of course you can easily mix hot with cold. Our only "downside" observation was on behalf of my relatively short, 4'11 fiancee, who could not reach the short chain to...

“We planned and attended a wedding at Blanchard Springs area. My father is 92 and loves the river. He enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watch the river roll by. The view was beautiful. This property was very clean, modern, and elegant. The bedrooms were very comfortable. I would recommend this property for a larger family. All 8 of us enjoy the stay.”

“We absolutely loved the quaint cabin 1, the amazing view, the intament setting of the the resort, and the amenities. We used the dock for fishing for nearly 8 hours with complete privacy. No one bothered us and no one was loud or obnoxious. One of the most relaxing vacations I've been in in some time. Additionally, the cabin was clean and comfortable, with all the supplies we needed to stay comfortably”

“Overall, this is a nice property in a remote location but near to all kinds of outdoor activities, river fun, hiking and Blanchard Springs Cavern. The property was well maintained and clean. There is a ladder leading to an upstairs bedroom so if you have little kids be prepared. The cabin is in a remote location off of a dirt road but fairly easy to find. This is a small quaint cabin in the middle of woods with all kinds of wildlife.”

“We loved this property! It was our Anniversary weekend and we truly enjoyed the quiet. We saw several different birds, and was visited by the cows everyday. Country store provided us with a wonderful pizza. Blanchard springs caverns was just a little ways down the road and very convenient. Hope to stay here on future visits to the area.”

“my daughters best friend lives in Mtn View so she stayed with her family and my best friend of almost 50 years met me there for some fun at the Folk Festival. The Little House on the Hill was absolutely perfect for our getaway. We loved the location and the place!! I can’t say enough good things about this place and the host. “We were given some spectacular views of a distant thunderstorm and an exquisite sunsets along with the mountian tops. The cabin was very entertaining with all the stuffed wildlife inside. Beautiful woodfloors, and comfortable furniture and great bed. All the interesting lamps were a nice touch. All the appliances worked.”

“The house is tucked away so cozy in the trees and is perfectly clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had all the essentials. Our hosts were so sweet. We were there for my husband’s birthday and they left a cake and candles in the refrigerator for him. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!”
