"The room was great, the breakfast was ok, but the only reason why I gave 4 stars and not a 5 was because of the pool and hot tub being closed during our entire stay. That was the main reason why I booked this hotel."

"The staff was very pleasant! They made the stay well worth while. The room wasn't quite up to the level of cleanliness that we are used to at most Holiday Inn Express locations, and the pool unfortunately wasn't open during our stay, but they are remodeling so we can understand."
