The staff was rude and impatient

The staff here is amazing especially Johnathon DeFore =). So helpful, nice and considerate all done with an amazing smile. It was later on in the evening and we needed an item for our room and they went above and beyond to assist us. Also, the valet staff rose to the top to assist us with our bags, dogs and goodies. Just little help like this goes so very far especially after being in the car for 10+ hours. Keep up the good work all- and thanks for keeping it personal despite being bought out by a huge hotel group.

Loved the property the beds were comfortable and the staff were very helpful and personable all in all a very enjoyable stay and would recommend .

I booked 2 days and the 2nd night, my partner and I had to work 3rd shift, so I requested a late check out of 1pm and told that would not be an issue. I received a call at 11:45 AM from the management telling me it wasn't ok and if I wasn't out by 12:30 I'd be charged. I'm a disabled full time wheelchair user, so it takes me a long time to get ready. So, I had to wake my partner up and we had to find a way to basically do the impossible or be charged even though the staff made the mistake and not us. I had planned on coming back due to the property and location being good but I doubt that will happen now. Extremely extremely unprofessional and rude. Absolutely and unequivocally unacceptable behavior from any hospitality business.
