"Mountain view was awesome and the actual property was great. However, they were supposed to give us out check in code at 4pm-which we were there for then they didn't, I tried messaging (they completely ghosted me) and tried calling the number but the mail box was full. They gave the code 20 minutes late (those 20 minutes were spent worrying that we had some how been scammed) and then would not answer me about a late checkout-after all they owed me 20 minutes. "

"Our anniversary stay was wonderful! We were greeted with complimentary hot chocolate and cookies, and then also a bottle of wine for our room. We really loved our room! It was king-sized, a private balcony with gorgeous mountain views, a cozy fireplace and comfy chairs, huge bathroom with a jacuzzi and seperate shower, separated from the bedroom with glass doors. The hot breakfast was decent, the coffee wasn’t great but we had a keurig and complimentary coffee in our room which made up for it. Would definitely stay again! Next time we’ll bring the kids so they can enjoy the pool and waterslide."
