"Quit reading reviews and just rent this property. Easily the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in a VRBO. Property manager was fantastic. A hail storm came in and pummeled the place, and we were super safe and comfortable. The area is calm and slightly remote, however, all the tourism stuff is just a few minutes drive away. I can’t believe the value offered. Pickleball, hot tub, pool are in amazing shape. Absolutely fantastic."

"Very clean well stocked home. This was not just a house, but a great home away from home. Kanab is a lovely town and great location to visit several parks including Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and Zion NP. "

"We had an awesome time in the house. It was super clean, had everything we needed. We contacted the host for questions and he was very prompt to respond. It seemed like we were the only people in the community during our stay which was a plus because we got the pool and fire pit area all to ourselves. We all loved it including my furry baby who loved the morning jog around the neighborhood."

It is in the perfect location as you can visit many sites in a short drive. Kanab has lots of great restaurants. We would definitely come back!"

"Red Mesa Ranch is the perfect location for visiting Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. The home was very clean. We really enjoyed the fresh eggs, coffee and snacks the host provided. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Jim and Julie are fantastic hosts, they are available for any questions but respect your privacy.Looking forward to coming back"
