“This place is nice and exactly what I wanted for a week-long vacation in Kanab. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because one of the two mini splits was not cooling. The host contacted me asking if it was ok for someone to go in to repair it. I gave them my approval. When we got back that evening it had not been repaired. I contacted them again and they said they would get someone to repair it, but they did not. Didn't get it fixed while we were there and didn't communicate to let us know……

“Place is very nice and clean. Host is friendly and gave us great tips on the slot canyon alternative and it was the highlight of our trip.”

“This place was a convenient walk to local restaurants and shops. The parking was easy in front of the building. The place was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walk in shower was great! Dan the host was quick to respond to any needs. Check in process was very easy. I would stay again”

“Unit B is a perfect place for a couple who enjoy outdoor activities in Kanab area. We stayed there for 4 nights and felt that it is not enough. The room is very clean, the wisher/dryer in the unit is very convenient so that you do not have to pack too much clothing”

“Great base camp for a quick overnight trip to explore northern AZ and southern UT. Perfect location for easy walking distances to spots in Kanab.Great communication from hosts and easy in and out process.It was a quiet night and aside from brief or fleeting interactions with other guests at the outdoor seating and game room we didn’t hear or see anyone else.”
