We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.

My stay at the SER was just super. The great residence, the amenities, the location, the views, the food (for all 5 days, I had all of my meals at the restaurant) and the really wonderful staff. Everything about your stay is so thoughtfully considered. I look forward to returning with my family.
