Our kids were so happy after they found out that we coming back to the "wooden house in West Virginia".There is plenty of activities you can do around, starting with tons of hiking trails, caverns and ending with local charming shops and wineries. “We loved our stay here. It was peaceful, just what we needed, and only 20mins away from Winchester if you want to go there. We enjoyed the local farmer’s markets, the pickleball court, and the house is beautiful. It has a fire pit, but we didn’t use it. Enjoy!”

“The cabin was everything I hoped it would be...and more. The kitchen was decked out with beautiful dishes, glassware and cookware. The linens and towels were luxurious. The mattress in the bedroom was quite comfortable and the sleep sofa mattress ... I could sleep on that every night. Very unexpected quality for a sleep sofa. The views were breathtaking. We were lucky to enjoy a rainstorm and got to listen to the rain on the tin roof. It was hard to leave. 5 stars.”

Bluebird Hill Cabin was secluded enough that we could enjoy the sights and sounds of nature, but still only 15 minutes away from town where we could pick up groceries and explore Front Royal's main street. “Great place to get away from it all. Close to Trout Pond which has a fantastic beach. Great place for children too, especially our 6 month old as the location had a pack and play as well as a high chair, making our packing that much lighter. Great communication with host. The property was clean and comfortable. ”
